Advantages of EAS(Essential Air Service program)

1. People living 110km far from the major airport are not in disadvantages. 110km doesn’t sound too bad because airports are still accessible by bus or car within 2 hers. Urban residents also spend that much time travelling to the airport.
2. EAS may not be a good way to spend money. The government should spend the money on transportation, education, public service ets, and help people move into the city, settle down and find jobs.
3. Manufactures have been producing fewer small planes, or even stopped doing that. So getting replacement parts can be very hard. Also lack of components keeps the cost going on. Therefore, critics are right to say EAS is expensive.

听力：

1. 家在机场10km之外的居民到机场会有和外的subsidy。而且可以坐小车去机场，不到2小时就可以到。
2. 乡村都搬到大城市了，因为那里有更好的工作机会和公共服务等。政府应该把钱用来帮助城市化，加强教育公共交通等。
3. 政府可以把钱用来作维修和维护机场建设。

本次考题难度较大，本篇是两套考题中的一套，明显难于第二套。

思路：

典型绝对型题，持反对观点

1. Education can hardly be efficient when becoming compulsory.强制性是教育的重大阻碍。

1. 兴趣是首要因素（演绎）

大前提：兴趣才能学好

小前提：要求并不能保证有兴趣

结论：强制性的课无法保证学好

1. 加重学生负担反而不利于其他科目学习

some may argue that lacking awareness of foreign culture, university students should be required to take course.但是如果一部分学生对文化并无兴趣，强制学只会让他们死记硬背（test oriented），话更长的时间和更多精力，反而影响其他科目的学习和休息娱乐的时间。

2. Modern technology allows various access to both domestic and foreign culture for those who has zest. 如果对文化有浓厚的兴趣，可以通过科技带来的种种方式获得。

线上百科全书涵盖了更广泛的内容represent wider range of interest, which can hardly be achieved by any textbooks. 并且利于更改，更有可能接近accurate。对于文化，越新的越容易接近真实情况。

It is significant and necessary for university student to schedule time. Online courses offer a more flexible choice for those who show interest in culture of other countries, which is also one of its strongest advantages. And one may also be able to select or skip lectures, even follow certain professors they prefer.线上课程灵活，可选课，跳课，甚至挑选喜欢的老师。

3. If one more compulsory course are required for university students, PE should be on the top of the list. 如果一定要加一门必选课，体育课是更好的选择。

1. 大学生身体素质令人堪忧

The study conducted by UCLA shows that the average Body Mass Index of American University students is 2.1 higher than those ten years ago, which is a typical indicator of declining health condition.

1. Being with local residents.

1. 博物馆里只是历史。

Museum collections are simply symbols of historical incidents representing the past, which has a considerable good chance to be dramatically different from the present situation. One can hardly imagine how romantic Italians can be from a cine film from Neorealism.

2. 和当地人相处更好的了解真实国情。

比如日本给人的印象是严谨认真，但日本街头很多夸张活泼的cosplay，很难在museum里看到。

2. Reading books.

1. 博物馆要亲自去，但是读书更加灵活。

时间更灵活，地点更灵活，选择的内容更灵活。

1. 博物馆只是历史的scatter

但是读书可以很完整的了解历史，甚至现在。

3. Learning local language.

语言是一个国家文化和居民thinking pattern 的体现。比如英文很注意critical thinking，German的框架结构很能体现
