大作文: Young people who commit serious crimes, such as a rubbery or a violent attack should be punished in the same way as adults. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

1. 本次考试难度中等。

2. 整体分析: Task 1考察的是dynamic bar，task2考察的是很多考生并不太擅长的犯罪类话题。

3. task1:意料之内，本场考试依旧为数据类型的考察，考察的是动态柱图。话题为：UK在home, workplace, college and library的上网人数随着时间1998年到2004年的推移而发生改变。考生们在写作时时态的处理上并不难，基本以一般过去时为主。写作时要注意横向和纵向的比较-既要注意每个地方上网人数随着时间的变化，又要关注不同地方之间percentage的比较。（感谢朗阁学生回忆图片）

4.task2： 本次大作文话题为犯罪类话题，讨论的话题是：对于犯罪的年轻人是否要像对待成年人那样去惩罚。考生们在写作时可以有不同的观点，比如说：题目讲到young people，那这边的年轻人到底指的是多大的人，考生们可以从这点切入；再比如说在young people第一次犯罪的时候可以从轻处罚，但如果是多次犯罪的话，那么就一定要给他们harsh punishment.

Body 1: 1.法律在young people第一次犯罪的时候要从轻处罚（the law should be merciful to some extent）确实存在很多underage criminals在犯错的时候并不知道其所作行为会带来什么不好的影响(do not have a clear understanding of the outcomes of their behavior when they make the mistake for the first time)。 2.在此种情况之下，更重要的是educate them to obey laws, 而不是 punish them for being ignorant of the law. So giving them a softer punishment could be enough to prevent them from doing further harm to the society.

Body 2:1.如果已经learn the lesson and keep crossing the bottom line of legal system, a severer punishment就很有必要了。法律不能一次又一次地赦免law-breaker,因为这样会导致人们怀疑legal justice。
