　　题目翻译：有些人认为在他们年老时继续工作是个好主意。你是否同意此观点?

　　从话题上来说，这属于工作或社会类话题，论证需要适当展开。

　　从类型上来说，陈述老龄人口是否需要继续工作的话题，应注意正反辩论。具体论证过程中注意不要一直重复题目当中的主题词good idea, continue to work和old age，需要利用同意转换的方法，引入自己的词汇表达，例如：可以使用necessary, remain hired以及aging people来代替。

　　从结构上来说，可以通过五段完成写作任务：

　　开头段：改写题目+个人观点(年老时继续工作的好处大于坏处)

　　立论段：陈述年老时继续工作所带来的好处1

　　立论段：陈述年老时继续工作所带来的好处2

　　驳论段：陈述年老时继续工作所带来的弊端，并反驳

　　结尾段：重申个人观点

　　Introduction:

　　Whether the elderly people should keep their working status is a hot issue that has been discussed. I agree with the view that aging people should remain hired. On the whole, a great number of old people are still working in their later life.老年人是否应该保持工作状态是一个社会讨论的热点话题。 我同意老年人应该工作这个观点。 整体上来讲，很多老年人仍继续工作。

　　Body 1:

　　Ts: On the one hand, delaying of retirement is not only beneficial to their fitness, but also a great help of their psychological health. 一方面来讲，延迟退休不仅对他们身体健康有帮助，还有益于他们的心理健康。

　　Ss: Since they want to continue to work, their life habits have to remain the same, namely, get up early in the morning and enjoy three meals on time. In order to work, they need to maintain optimal state.因为他们需要继续工作，他们必须保持着原有的生活习惯，即早起和三餐定时。为了工作，他们必须保持最佳状态。Moreover, they will feel a sense of achievement as they are still contributing to the society and be self-reliant. 此外，他们会感到有成就感，因为自己仍在为社会做贡献，自力更生。They tend to be more energetic, unlike the ones who were already retired, they will suffer neither isolation nor procrastination. 他们往往精力充沛，不像那些已经退休的人，他们既不会感到孤独，也不会受拖延症困扰。

　　Body 2:

　　Ts: On the other hand, people who prefer to work in their old age will enjoy a compatible family relationship. 另一方面来讲，仍在工作的老人会生活在一个更加和谐的家庭中。Delaying retirement makes the elderly healthier, thus their offspring may not worry about them, therefore create more harmonious. 延迟退休会使老年人更健康，也使他们的后代更加放心，从而创造更和谐的生活。Besides, people are likely to become more independent if their parents are still working in their later years for they need to take care of their children on their own instead of relying on the older generation. 此外，如果父母在晚年仍在工作，子女会更加独立，因为他们需要自己照顾子女，而不是靠老一代。

　　Body 3:

　　Ts: However, people may still concerned about the physical health of the elderly. 然而，人们可能仍会担忧老年人的身体健康。

　　Ss: When people are getting old, they are supposed to live a peaceful life, they can either go travelling or taking care of their grandchildren.当人们老了，他们应该过平静的生活，比如照顾他们的孙子或旅行。People believed that elder people is less valuable and productive. What is even worse, they might need to be taken care of while they are working. 人们认为老年人的生产力和价值都比较低。更糟糕的是，他们在工作中可能需要被照顾。As a matter of fact, the statutory retirement age has been postponed, so this argument is not a serious issue. 事实上，很多国家已经正式的推迟了退休年龄，这个论点并不是一个问题。

　　Conclusion:

　　In conclusion, my main point is that it is necessary for old people to stay employed, though there are disadvantages exist, there are still more advantages than negative effects. I agree with the statement that people should continue to work at their old age. 最后，我的主要观点是，老年人就业是有必要的，尽管存在着一些不利因素，但优势仍大于消极影响。我同意老年人需要继续工作这个观点。
