大作文: An increasing number of people are changing their careers during their working time. What causes this trend and is it a positive or negative development for society?

2. 整体分析:

Task 1 柱图，动态数据图，对比男性和女性超重人数的比例在1980-2010年的变化，是15年的旧题改新，但注意是比例的变化而不是人数的变化

注意点：1.注意描述各项比例的趋势 2.注意时态是过去时 3.动词、名词的代入不重复，句型多样

Task2：社会工作类话题，

题目翻译：现在越来越多的人会换工作。你认为原因是什么？这对于社会是积极的还是消极的发展？

这个题目讨论的第一个重点在于an increasing number, 注意分析越来越多的人换职业的原因，第二个重点在于for society，注意论证对于社会的影响。

Introduction：In the modern world, more people tend to change their careers. There are some factors contributing to this phenomenon and I believe it is a positive trend.

（原因）Young people change their careers for several reasons. Firstly, 现代社会科技的发展越来越迅速，这就导致了不同的行业发展的也很快(develop rapidly in different walks of life). 为了适应这种变化，越来越多的人选择充实自己(acquire new knowledge and add to their skills sets). Therefore, 人们找工作可以有更多的选择(have more choices in the job market). Secondly, 现代人更加重视自己的自由和兴趣(place more value on their freedom and personal interests). 如果他们对某个行业不满意或失去了兴趣(not satisfied or lose interests)，可能会毫不犹豫选择辞职(quit the job without hesitation), 寻找适合自己能力的行业. By contrast, 人们习惯安逸, 不太会考虑换工作(permanent job).

（观点）From my perspective, 人们换工作对于社会的进步是有好处的(changing careers is beneficial for the development of society). 改变职业可以让劳动力得到流动(mobility of labour force), in this way, 更换工作有可能让人们寻找到最适合自己的职业(the most suitable career), 从而最大限度地发挥自己的特长，表现自己的才华(make the best use of their strengths and show off their talents). 与过去相比(compared with the past), 人们局限在一个行业中(restricted in a certain position), 有可能会导致人才的浪费(a higher likelihood of waste of human resources).

Conclusion：In conclusion, various reasons can lead to this trend. I would argue that the advantages of changing careers in this fast changing world do outweigh the disadvantages.
