  2018年12月8日雅思考试写作回顾

  小作文:Pie chart +Table

  大作文:Some people think that schools should select their pupils according to their academic ability. Others believe that young people with different abilities should be educated together. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

  1. 本次考试难度偏易。

  2. 整体分析:

  Task 1 组合图表 Pie chart + Table

  注意点:

  1.看清时间点,注意时态;

  2. 开头段Introduction改写题目;

  3.主体段一张图一段话,分开写

  4.结尾段如果二者有联系,就把联系写出来,若没有就各自写最主要的特征结尾。

  相关表达:

  关于数值大小排序表达:

  (1)A is the largest/smallest/longest...

  (2)B is a close/far second with just+数字less.

  或者:which is followed by B.

  (3)Third comes C with only +数字

  或者:C is close/far behind with +数字

  或者:C takes third spot/place with +数字

  (4)Following C comes D with +数字

  (5)Finally/the rest is ,……

  (6)A occupied the maximal portion of the 描写对象, with 数据, while B accounted for comparatively less rate, with only数据, ranking second. Furthermore, the third, forth and fifth places(或者用数字)altogether of the 描写对象 was shared by C,D and E. The remaining part of it was due to F, G, H, I and J which follow the same trend and taking sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth respectively.

  Task 2 教育类话题

  题目翻译:有些人认为学校应该根据学生的学习能力来选择学生。另一些人认为,不同能力的年轻人应该一起受教育。讨论双方观点并给出你的意见。

  从结构上来说,可以通过四段完成写作任务:

  开头段:背景句+改写题目

  主体段1:陈述学校依照学术能力挑选候选学生的理由

  主体段2:陈述不同能力学生在一起接受教育的益处

  结尾段:表明个人立场倾向第二种观点

  Introduction:

  开头段:

  at the core across diverse societies 年轻一代的教育话题一直是不同社会的核心问题

  pay more attention to basic academic performance 更注重基本学习成绩

  equal opportunities should be provided to those good potentials in other fields 其他领域有潜力的学生同样该得到平等的学习机会

  Body 1:

  主题段1:

  exalting academic performance above any other abilities when rating their candidates

  用学习成绩去挑选候选学生

  a greater chance of achieving excellent grades and gaining better results in some critical future exams

  未来的关键考试里更容易取得优异成绩

  a guarantees of promising future for students themselves

  对学生自己的前途是保障

  win a favourable reputation and image of the school

  赢得了学校的良好声誉和形象

  convenient for excellent students to acquire more complicated knowledge

  便于让优秀学生获得更复杂的知识

  Body 2:

  主体段2:

  academic performance is not the only criterion for evaluating success

  学习成绩并不是评价成功的唯一标准

  talents in other fields are also needed

  其他领域的人才同样需要

  the development of society does not only mean the advances in science and technology

  社会的发展不仅仅意味着科学技术的进步

  everyone have their own specialized strengths

  人都各有所长

  express their appreciation and admiration

  彼此欣赏

  learning specialties and infinite creativity from other students

  博取众长

  Conclusion:

  结尾段:

  should not be the only standard and that students of others potentials should also be admitted into top schools

  不该是唯一的标准,其他有潜力的学生也应该被录取进入顶尖学校

  考试预测

  1.小作文:继续保持关注动态图和流程图。

  2.大作文:重点关注国际化/全球化、社会类(消费、人口老龄化)、文化类及政府经济类话题。

  3.重点浏览15、17年写作机经,也可借助《高分范文书》以及《剑桥雅思系列》经典旧题来复习。
