　　题目翻译：现在的孩子花太多时间看电视和玩电脑游戏。有些人认为这对孩子的智力有消极影响。你是否同意?

　　从结构上来说，可以通过四段完成写作任务：

　　开头段：改写题目+给出个人观点(不同意)

　　主体段一：让步，承认适当的看电视和玩电脑游戏确实有消极影响给

　　主体段二分析自己不同意的原因

　　结尾段：总结并重申个人观点

　　Introduction:

　　背景+改写：现在电视节目日益丰富there are more choices on what and when to watch TV programmes并且电脑已经越来越普及increasingly prevalent/become more accessible,一些人认为会影响孩子的智力Some have suggested that this has an undesirable effect on the mental abilities of kids

　　个人观点：我不同意这个观点。This essay will explore reasons for an opposite view with a conclusion given in the end.

　　Body 1:

　　1.一方面电子设备确实会有消极影响 the idea can be supported by looking at evidence of how electronic devices affects sleep

　　2. 除此之外，电子产品的过度刺激会使孩子沉迷于游戏。Moreover, over stimulation from electronic devices can create a sense of addiction to them.从而使他们有情绪问题This results in kids having mood disorders, unable to concentrate for long periods of time and may even be diagnosed as having ADHD.

　　Body 2:

　　但是从另一方面深入分析On the other hand the idea that this has degrading effects should be analyzed in detail.有研究表明电子游戏具有教育意义并且帮助孩子更好的处理信息There is significant research that suggests that electronic content can be educational and actually help children understand information more quickly.甚至有研究表明13岁以上的孩子并不会被游戏中的暴力因素影响，产生暴力行为。there has been research carried out that indicates that older kids aged 13+ are not significantly affected by TV or computer games since they are already developed enough to know.

　　Conclusion:

　　重申个人观点：虽然消极影响是有的，但是只要在合理的指导之下，电视和电脑游戏可以起到积极的作用。

　　In conclusion， I somewhat agree that electronic devices can have a negative effect on the mental abilities of young children but I do also hold the view that with careful management electronic devices will not have a significant impact on youngsters’ minds.
