综合写作回顾

阅读部分： 保护frog 的三种措施

1. 由于杀虫剂的使用影响了frog的nerve system从而导致了breathing problem，所以要控制杀虫剂的使用；
2. 1.应为fungal infection导致frog数量的减少，建议采取antifungus treatment去治疗frog;
3. 因为frog在水中产卵，所以他们依赖水和湿地。由于人类活动threaten frog’s natural habitats，所以要减少excessive water use and draining of wetlands.

听力内容：分别反驳了这三个措施：

1．农民依赖于杀虫剂的产量，如果杀虫剂使用方面strict regulations会影响农民在市场上的影响力，所以不economical;

2.antifungus treatment并不是一次性可以解决的问题，必须一个一个治疗frog，而且会传递下一代。因此工程量太大不实际；

3.真正影响水和湿地的不是人类过度用水而是global warming，即使控制抽水也并不能解决水源不足的问题。

举例论证：

对比论证：

没有计划和目标的学生（undergraduates）则更难找到工作

（必要性）

2.主题句: It is the most essential skills that young people, in particular for entry-level, can organize or plan a certain event.

因果论证：

大部分商业活动需要策划（planning）活动，因此要胜任（be qualified）这份工作必须要有这种能力；

举例论证：

一家企业的销售（sales）需要员工做大量的（research）和（plan）。

（反驳）

3.主题句：People may claim that the society is way too complex to plan ahead; therefore, planning has little value. Although changing is evitable, planning offers more alternatives.

因果论证：

计划会让人们更加认清（clarify）问题的本质；

而Plan A / Plan B/ Plan C可以让人们面对变化时提供更多准备

(重要性)

1.主题句：Changing is evitable; therefore, planning provides very limited value for young people.

因果论证：社会太复杂，变化太快，因循守旧（stick with obsolete plans）会让年轻人失去（innovation）的能力；

举例论证：毛泽东（Mao）灵活的军事策略（flexible military tactics）帮助他获得军事的成功，而不是遵循既定（settled）军事步骤。

（必要性）

2.主题句：In fact, opportunities can not be planned and organized ahead.

举例论证：Bill Gates并没有计划成为一名programmer，而是在机缘巧合下成立Miscrosoft，并成为entrepreneur。

对比论证：很多人计划很多，但还是比不上rare chance有影响力。

(反驳)

3.主题句：People may contend that employers highlight the ability of planning and organizing when interviewing employees. However, the more crucial quality is implementation.

对比论证：

如果没有执行力（implementation）再好的（marketing strategies）都不能实现利润增长。
