阅读：

1. 是shelter for domestic animals such as sheep等等，并且储存grain
2. 是hiding places for attacks各种因为attacks很多
3. 是religious purposes，wait for their soul

听力反驳：

1.  Erdstalls get rainfalls in winter，so impossible to shelter livestocks，and not trends of grains and other crops shown

2.  教授的反驳太小不够一个family，easy to run out of oxygen，each has only one entrance which is impossible for people to escape

3. 教授反驳人们share the same religion但只有部分community有build erdstalls，但很多neibouring communities没有

Rather than help their children with schoolwork，parents should let them do their work independently.

Agree：

1. Encouraging children handle problems alone enables children to get into the habit of thinking independently，which will not only do good to their study but also benefit their future life.（鼓励孩子自己去完成作业，自己去解决问题，这不仅对他们的学习有帮助，对于他们未来也会有益处）

对比论证：相比于从小就学习独立解决问题（thinking independently）的孩子，那些从小依靠（rely on）父母帮助的孩子，出国以后就变得完全不能自理。

2. Only by doing schoolwork on their own can children really absorb the information they have learned in class.（只有让孩子自己去完成作业，这样他们才能更好的吸收上课所学知识）

举例论证：比如说上课老师讲解了某一道数学题的解题方法，在schoolwork中老师布置了相同题型的题目，要让孩子自己去思考如何解析这道题，而不是家长帮忙，这样才能让孩子回忆并掌握（recall and grasp）上课老师的解题思路，变为自己的知识。

3. If they do their schoolwork independently，they will surely develop a strong sense of accomplishment，which further motivates them to learn more.（当孩子能够自己完成作业时他们会有一种成就感，这种成就感会驱使他们想要学习更多的知识）

因果论证：因为他们自己解决了作业问题，这给他们带来了成就感（a sense of accomplishment）以他们就更有兴趣想去解决更多的难题。

Disagree：

1. Some schoolwork is beyond the capacity of some children. Without the help of their parents，they cannot do schoolwork well.（现在的一些作业已经超出孩子的能力范围，如果没有父母的帮助，他们可能不能把作业做好）

举例论证：现在的许多小学数学作业中出现了奥数题目（Olympic mathematics）这已经超出了一个三年级孩子正常学习数学的范围，如果没有他父母的帮助，他可能第二天就交不了作业。

2. It is parent’s duty to give children proper guidance that they can solve problems with right direction.（父母有责任给孩子一个正确的指导从而使得他们能从一个正确的方向解决问题）

对比论证：比起那些没有父母正确指导的孩子，在父母的指导下解决问题的孩子更加快速更加不会走弯路。

3. Only by helping of their parents can children feel confidence.（只有在父母的帮助下才能使得孩子感觉自信）

举例论证：如今很多孩子都不敢在大众面前演讲，他们的这种紧张来源于不自信，更是来源于他们对自己所讲内容的不确定，如果有他们的父母帮助他们审核所要演讲的内容，他们就会更加自信，更加敢在大众面前表达自己。
